However, the positives end there. The rooms are outdated and lack basic facilities such as closets. The breakfast offerings are subpar, consisting of dry cereals and packaged pastries. The price is exorbitant, especially considering the lack of improvements in the overall quality of the motel.

Despite not being able to switch our room to the ground floor, they kindly helped us with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated. loved staying at this old yet charming hotel in Palo Alto! the friendly staff accommodated my request for a quiet room in the back. the owners were so caring and made me feel like family. close to Stanford, free parking and wifi were a bonus. would definitely stay again!

Parking lot needs better organization.

The location for Palo Alto was magnificent, right by bus stop, eating facilities and shops with essentials, restaurants, a shopping mall, and the Stanford medical center, and Close to Stanford. Furthermore, close to everything in Palo Alto. Our standard double room was huge and wonderful. The bed was very comfy, and there were central heating, pay TV and a microwave too.

The food was reasonably priced, the room was perfectly clean with a microwave and a comfortable bed, and the location was convenient here.
